Scope

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on this store. They complement our Terms of Service, which also apply.

The product

We sell an electric water gun with automatic water feeding, a water toy intended for children with adult supervision. Full specifications, colors and safety information are shown on the product page and on our Product Safety page.

Order process

You select your color and quantity, add the item to your cart, and complete payment at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping costs are shown separately before you pay.

Quantity discount

Orders of two or more blasters receive 10% off the item price. The discount is applied automatically at checkout with no code required.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Availability

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Right of withdrawal and returns

See our Refund Policy. You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory warranties that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
