Before you write

• Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
• I want to return something. Read the Refund Policy, then email us with your order number and we will send the return address.
• It arrived damaged. Email us with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund you, your choice.
• How does it work? Most questions are answered on the product page and the Product Safety page.
