Shipping Policy

Processing time

We process orders within 24 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time and cost

Your exact delivery estimate and shipping cost are calculated at checkout, based on your address and the shipping method you choose. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order, and you will see it before you pay.

Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order, so add the 24-hour processing window above.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot meet the delivery estimate you were shown at checkout, we will email you, offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling, and refund you in full if you choose to cancel.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will either reship it once you cover the reshipping cost, or refund the item price minus the original shipping.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking has not moved for seven business days, email lriprojects@proton.me with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated until it is resolved. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you in full.

Customs and import charges

Any import duties or taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where possible. Where they are not, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
