1. Who these terms are with

This store is operated by LRI Projects, a business registered in France, trading as Kapow. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are toys for children, so the purchase must be made by an adult.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different from one screen to another. If a description or price contains an obvious error, we may correct it, or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your address. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, or where stock turns out to be unavailable, and we will refund you in full if we do.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Using the product safely

This is a water toy, not a weapon. It must not be aimed at the face, eyes or ears, or at animals, and must only ever be filled with clean water. Adult supervision is required for younger children. Please read our Product Safety page before first use.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photography and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where local law gives you stronger protection than these terms, that law applies.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is fit to use as a water toy. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using the product in a way these terms and the safety information tell you not to. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Complaints and disputes

Email lriprojects@proton.me first. We take complaints seriously and resolve almost all of them directly. If we cannot, these terms are governed by French law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
